Servicing
Hi,
Just got of the phone with main dealer hers the story:
The car is a 54 sti so nearly 2 years old. I got it at 10 months old so it had just had the 1 year service and the car had 4900 miles on the clock. Since then I have done 20K miles. The dealer is saying I should have the 30K service next but this would be 5k early, or have an oil service now and then get the 30 done at 30k, issue with this is that I will not get a stamp for the oil service which is 10k since the last one was done.
What do you guys think? I also have to bear in mind that I still have 1 years warranty on the car so don’t want to create an issue foe that.

Get a full and comprehensive service done for peace of mind, but do it at a reputable independent specialist who may be up for filling in and stamping the blank boxes in your service book
