Default Don't ask for a divorce when her car is parked near yours!!!

Within weeks of finishing my rebuild my soon to be Ex-wife (not soon enough) decided to drive her Freelander into my Scoob because I told her I wanted a divorce. She simply started her car, reversed about 5 metres and then planted her foot on the accelerator. The weird thing is we seperated 9 months ago. Yes she is psychotic!!!

This is what she has done

The police just cautioned her!!!!

You'll have to remind her the fix comes out of the settlement.

And i laughed when i heard people doing it by Text. Seems the safest option now.

Say you was in the car, and claim for compo

I'll have the FMIC, as that will need to be replaced by insurance

I'm guessing you'd done all the work since your split? First thing I did after I split with my long term g/f was to spend about £8k at Scooby Clinic. Nothing like a bit of retail therapy!!

Ad's and crew will soon have her good as new. (So many jokes, so little time!!!)

I have always said women should not be allowed to drive 4x4 type vehicles. Micras or fiestas only, much less heartbreak in the world that way.

Feel sorry for you with the hard work you have put into that car.

If it was my car, I'd be round her house now with a baseball bat smashing the cr@p out of her Freelander.
Afterall, the Police will only caution you, right ?

If my lady even touches my car she'd get the boot and all her clothes would go to a charity shop

Unless we are undertaking various late night activities after a night out

Private prosecution, then divorce on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour.
That should calm her down a bit before she gets her claws into the next victim !
