petrol problem
had my scooby about a month i use either optimax or bp ultimate also use octane boost if running on bp ultmate car runs fine but if i go back to optimax
car runs like a bag of crap lack of accelaration and lumpy tickover but after a couple of runs and about 20 mins car then runs fine would it be better to run car on optimax and oct boost all the time car is a 1994 wrx import

im not hijacking the thread bazza, but something similar on my car, lumpy tickover until warmed up etc. 93 engine in 95 wrx import. generally run on tesco 99 with no octane booster, odd tank of optimax.

MINE ONLY RUNS LUMPY CHANGING FROM BP ULT TO OPTIMAX AND HAVING SEARCHED FORUM LOOKS LIKE ITS THE ECU THATS A BIT SLOW SO LOOKS TO ME LIKE IF I RUN ON OPTIMAX PERMANENTLY WOULD PROB BE BEST FOR ME CANT GET TESCO 99 AFTER A FEW SHORT 10 MILE RUNS IT SEEMS TO SORT ITSELF OUT
