what ecu/remap would you do on this and why?

Default what ecu/remap would you do on this and why?

my1999 version 6 sti

3" decat down pipe (heat wrapted) blitz nur spec r
k&n pannel filter
255 fule pump
well lane bov
tmic water spray
ebc groved and drilled and red stuff all round

on my last RR i was told it had 308 bhp and 290T @1.35bar


i would like a remap of some type so i know my car will be safe.


this is about all the mods i am going to do now, maybe more in a couple of years time.



what would you go for and why??

I have the same car plus decat and green panel filter. My remap is an Ecutek (Tek3) map done by Andy F to run on Optimax. This was done before I got the car, but Andy is well respected so I have piece of mind that the car is running safely.

btw - You don't need a new ECU to get your car remapped.

i know the ecutek is a remap of you standard ecu and the apexi is a stand alone ecu.

what sort of power did you get with yours?
