Dads 1.8 Impreza
Hi
I have recently lost my Dad who owned a Impreza 1.8 gl auto.
It's fairly old 1994 but my dad was old (77 yrs) and hardly ever driven it, it's only done about 12 thousand miles.
It's even got the original tyres that it came with when new.
I have to sell it for my mum who doesn't drive at all and me and my brother have a car.
I suggested to my brother it would be an ideal look-a-like or something.
We phoned Subaru to see if they wanted it, but it's too old for them even with the mileage.
What do you lot think we should do to get the best deal for our mum...
I can only think ebay it?

Sorry to hear about your father - at least he died happy as a Subaru owner!!!
Depending on where you stay, I have always used the Scottish Admart - free and good coverage.
All the best.

What would be a reasonable price to put it in at?
We obviously don't want it to be too cheap but on the other hand we don't want it to be too high either so people start coming to my mums house and haggling too much.
When my brothers back I'll get him to pull it out of the garage and get some pictures.
Thanks for the replys and kind words.

Only £1500 I think reflects the market.
I said to my GF last night I'm glad my Dad never had to sell it himself he would be gutted to see how cheap they sell for, it's worth a lot more than that really because it literally is like new.
When they are new they have a little plastic transparent sticker on the drivers door, not sure what it has on it but it's even got that still on it.
And the seats are still firm like they have bnever been used.
