Help - Both remotes not working!!!
I was unble to open my car last night and it had to stay on the road overnight ...I tried both remotes however no luck. I had to leave my dads disabled badge in the car this morning as i am parked on a yellow line...
I know for a fact one of the remotes work...
Any advise / thoughts?

If its a classic scoob with Sigma alarm it could be inteference with the key-fob. I get this in our work car park due to a huge Taxi ariel on the building next door. I can only use my keys as the remotes wont work. They work fine everywhere else I have parked.
Do you have the pin for the alarm keypad?

Have you messed with the keypad at all? it's only recently that you said you found it and if you're not careful this can mess up your keyfob entry settings!

Car is parked in a safe place...
Subaru STI 03
i have found the 4 digit pin code for the alarm and will go home shortly to try it to move the car into the garage.
I had changed the Alarm setrting to:
--Sam

Reason for asking the location was more to see if it was an interference problem, not necessarily if the car was safe.
I've had a few problem where you can't get a signal for the fob in certain places and had to use the keypad to disable the alarm/immobiliser.

Could you have accidentally "superlocked" the car. This is keypad function 9, handy when you go on holiday and leave car and keys at home. This disables key fob and immobilisation recognition then you have to use key to get in car, setting alarm off, then enter security code to keypad to restore normal operation.

Make sure the battery is a top quality one (eg duracell). I've had the same duracell in the one key I use for at least 30 months and no prob. There are some duff cheap batteries around and possibly the current heatwave might bring on early failure of a dud.
