Id look for a Z4 ECU from the later C-Series cars; its good for 260PS and itll run on Optimax quite happily. 100RON fuel wasnt actually available when your car was built, despite what you may hear here.....

I didnt say that; I said that a Z4 would be OK on Optimax. The ECU in your B-Series car is ****e; the Z4 from the C-Series car is considerably less ****e in terms of its map..... Its still crap in terms of its ability to deal with detonation though. It would be extremely foolish to use 95RON fuel which is has considerably less resistance to knock than the fuel that I suggested.

I would say so.
Just to be double sure, I would say that there must be a Scooby Centre (independent) near you that could put your mind at rest.
Kind regards

Final answer. Optimax (98 RON) or e.g. BP Ultimate (97 RON) with some Octane Booster seems to be the consensus here.
Now, anyone for spelling practice?

Just wait until 101 is available then.
I have a list of people I want to put in that room, once it's free.
