Welcome to Scoobynet......

what the different cars are called is open to massive debate but if you have the round headlights then you have a Bugeye STi .......NICE !!

Almost universally called the STi7 here in the UK

If there is a big wing on the back (with the round lights) then it's a "Prodrive style"......and finally you may have a certificate which states that it has a PPP (prodrive performance pack)

All in all the best "bang per buck" of all the Used Scoobies

Hi Shaun

It is a PPP STi very happy with the car except the clutch let go completely yesterday while on a track, so am thinking an uprated clutch is needed.

If the car were a japanese car it would be a version 8, 2001 cars would have been a version 7, 2003 cars a version 9 etc.
Though in the UK its just known as a type UK as they discontinued the versions after the version 6 which was a classic otherwise you would actually have a version 1 STi here in the uk and a version 8 in japan on the same year.
Confusing eh!
