Question

I've heard a rumour about the 2 little holes on the back of the gatso. If they are open camera in box, if closed no camera.
Any truth in this ???

No, not really. It depends if the person changing the film etc. remembers to open them or not - I certainly wouldn't rely on this 'method' of telling an active Gatso or not.

If you are going slow enough to see the holes...I guess you have nothing to worry about anyway!

Sory to upset all of you out there if you see the holes on the back the person loading up the camera has forgot to close the holes that cover the two euro profile locks, there is a plate that slides up and down to cover them up to keep all the crap out "but not the person filling it !"

I have had the fortune to look at a gatso close up and spoke to the chap loading it in my old village
