Mine beeps if the ECU senses that I haven't allowed it to cool down long enough .... I don't hear it many times BTW!
It beeps when starting if the battery needs charging and it beeps briefly at 30MPH and 70MPH if you have connected the pink wire and red wire together under the dash behind the glove box.

Cheers for the replys. Lights where turned off. I thought i remember reading on this site somewhere that it could be caused by a problem like battery.
She wouldn't start a couple of days ago so i changed the spark plugs and since then shes always beeped at me when ignition turn off.
