The punishment for them all was sh1te 
30 hrs service for someone who paid 2k for a 13k stolen BMW, a warning for having canabis & no mention of the lock knife a kid was carrying. a few hours at young offenders for nicking & driving cars. FFS, what deterent is it.
they might as well not bother catching the ***** if that is all they get

well what a lovely estate it was were that 15 year old got arrested , all his family were there to see him be put in cuffs and one of them even went out of his way to escort him to the police station. thats what community spirit is all about

Like the copper was saying, if a soon-to-be druggy was run down by a joy rider, they'd be playing hell up.
A quick over-dose for the likes of them on the programme would do us all a favour

If it wasn't so pathetic it would be funny.

So nick the car and just claim you bought it of a guy down the auctions, result.
The nice chap that assaulted the police officer after he was arrested got sod all penalty as well.
