I thought it would be a good idea for everyone to get to know eachother better by putting email addresses down

Didn't work obviously... I'll try and be clearer... you do realise that a bot has probably already taken your email off this page don't you?

just stuff and things. bots trawl sites like this for email addresses, then when they find them they spam the **** off you. hence the reason that nobody but the most deranged would post their email/msn on a forum. The reason your email appears blue is that it has "mailto:" before it in the source - bots find this. at you as well.
