Question

Does anybody know whether the ticket line is taking orders for the Spectator pack for November?

All the ads I've seen don't mention it, but I'm sure in recent years, they've been distributed from the same place as the tickets.Could well be wrong, though.

Hi All,

Word is according to advert in Motoring News:

Spectator Kit (Best Ever !!) You get it from the Network Q Rally Hotline (01327 850291) and it costs 12.95 including postage. In it you get:

*Offical Programme
Over 100 pages of features, team and driver profiles, locations maps and comprehensive stage notes for each and every special stage plus details of tourist information contacts along the route.

*Ordnance Survey Map Book
New for this year, the scale has been doubled to 1:25,000 with new, extra details, OS mapping. Each stage is shown on A3 maps for maximum impact and clarity

*Exclusive Souvenir Prints
Selection of 7 prints in full colour ready to frame etc.

*Pocket Rally Guide

*Laminated Entry List and Itinerary

*Stage Log Recorder
So you can write down times etc.

*Guide to Cardiff
Map including loads of stuff like cafes etc.

*Plus in every pack
Plastic roamer and bookmark, stickers and a poster.

(Guess where I got bored above and made up my own descriptions ?)

If you are really hardcore about this, RallyMaps in Belfast are the official roadbook makers (have been for years). The road book will be available in early November for a nice round price of 115.00 pounds (yes, you read that right). But this will have the pukka maps with stages marked up, service area maps, etc. etc.

However, by the sound of the new Spectator Kit maps may well be sufficient for even the hardcore stage baggers.

In the meantime, cjeck out this site for info. on the stages:
