Does any one have an idea how i could retreive a new certificate for one of these alarms.
I got the serial number but would like the paper bit.

I think you have to take it to an certified installation place and have them check it over, then they'll issue you a certificate to confirm the make, model, thatcham level etc. Expect to pay a few quid for the privalege though...
