Welcome to the club.

Why modify? Is it not the car you want?

Enjoy it for what it is or buy a different car.

Hi, welcome.

Spend your money on making sure the car is up to scratch with the servicing first.

THEN.....

Leave it alone till you're more used to it: How will you know what to change if you don't know what the car is really like as std!! Modifying gets expensive quickly and you want to make sure you're not just throwing your money at stuff you won't appreciate!

Go on!

Give it some nice gold alloys, Cocklink, wooshy gear change thing and a headlight conversion.

It will go like a rocket!!

All well and good, but drive it for a while first. Then look to mod it, otherwise you've got no reference from where you started from.....

Enjoy the car for what it is - and welcome to the fold

Ooohh! Get you!!

From the origional post, it sounds like he has bought a car he doesn't like in it's origional form and wants to chuck money at it for no apparant reason!

I only wish that it was me who invented the cocklink and wooshy gear change thing so I could make a fortune from all the wannabe rally drivers!
