P1 VS 22B
#1
hi all.i want to ask questions about two awesome imprezas.one of them is P1 and the other is 22B.in car magazinethey compared all kinds of impreza turbos and the P1 was the winner. 22b is a wider car ,has bigger tyres and has rallycar-like stiff suspension so it must be better on dry road or on dry track but P1 is better i think.whyyy?
thanks for replies
cheers
P1 WR(it is much better than any impreza i think
P1 WR(

I've noticed a common thread on your posts....Is X better than Y. Does Z handle better than A on dry / wet road.
Aren't a lot of these issues down to personal preferences on the fine limits of handling ~ rather than something "most" people would experience day in day out.

I have owned many, many sports/performance cars over the years and in my not inconsiderable opinion my Scooby is the best ever 'cause it is mine, end of conversation, end of topic.
P.S. horses for courses, personal preferences and all that, surely!
P.S. do you prefer the Spitfire or the Hurricane?
The Hurricane was more robust and stable gun platform although the Spitfire had the edge on performance and manouverabil.......

*sigh*.....
Muppet Gallery please....once and for all
My P1 is better than everyones elses anyway...and B 4 anyone argues....I know it is...cos its blue, its got a c f strut brace thingy, a special P1 backbox (which is an extra, and makes it go a lot quicker!) its got 2 doors (must be better than 4) and it has paint coming off front and rear spoilers - which I know assists in the aerodynamics!!! 22B.....PAH!
*Rum, still singing "here we going gathering nuts in May, nuts in May, nuts in May"....now completely lost the plot!!!*

Blowdog
My understanding is that The 1999 P1 is infact slightly better than the P1 launched in 1999 - something to do with the revised widget dampers and variable washer bottle timing.
I hope this clear things up

we did try to answer your question mate, but...
You are not asking questions that can be properly answered.
You use words like "better" and "best", these words are not applicable to handling.
Honestly, ask a question that has and answer and we'll all help!
Regards
Simon
PS. It's time to play the music... it's time to light the lights...

That may be true for you. I am sure you have done all the research (God knows you'll have asked the questions! ), but it is not true for me. Therefore my answer to the question "Which is best please, UK ot STi5" (if I had answered it) would have been innacurate.
regards
Simon
