I've just secured the following deal:

Tracker monito ( i think it was ). Should be £299, i paid £209.

£150 for installation as per normal.

Duration of vehicle ownership subscription for £120.

I think total all in was gonna cost me about £458.

Bargain would you say?

Cost is not everything! I know from obtaining quotes for my last renewal.
I thought my Impreza had retreive fitted and my insurance company no longer recognised it. Tracker monitor was there entry system, i was lucky in that my car in fact was fitted with tracker monitor. I have done numerous online quotes and retreive wasn't even listed in the options.
Possibly why you can get it cheap on ebay

Yeah i work for one of the insurance companies in the group that owns tracker so i get to see what ones were recognised etc. Some of the "el cheapo" ones are no good anymore. I went for the cheapest recognised ones.

Working for the same group was how i managed to get the duration of ownership subscription for £120 too.

Good business.... Insurance companies ask for trackers. Insurance company owner buys tracker company. 2 lots of money hehe.
