new interest needed after back back injury
I'm after a few ideas of new interests I can take up when I'm recovering from a lower back injury sustained while offroad racing 
Getting more mobile now but dont want anything too energetic

well after breaking L5 i found buying a box of bits Motorbike off of ebay i had months of fun building it(was a bugger to get out of my flat after tho)

Seriously though, I did mine lifting an engine block a while ago - was a bugger - swimming really sorted it out after a few sessions...
