in need of advice
I didnt know where to put this but as it was insurance related i put it in there. To try get most help i thought id put a link in here aswell as it is a general help needed kinda post.

totally bizarre. sounds like the insrance company are f****n conmen, that would be a surprise eh.!
i was recently in similar circumstances. car written off, but was kept informed of full procedings. (tesco ins)
