Gauge Pod for MY05 WRX
I am thinking of getting a triple guage pod for my 05 WRX but I am after some recommendations.
Have tried searching using the Google search but no luck.
Can anyone recommend a pod to replace the clock housing which matches the dash material as closely as possible (Pics if poss) ?? I have looked at the genuine subaru one but it doesnt look much good.
Also has anyone paid to have the guages fitted for for them ?? If so who & how much ?? I would buy the pod and guages but dont fancy connecting up the oil pressure/temp ones.
Cheers

I have this dilemma -
I bought one of these
http://www.advan-emotion.com/
the 3-din guage housing for £14!! - I'm going to replace the sh*te subaru stereo with a decent head unit and put them underneath rather than mess with my clock/alarm housing on the top of the dash..for me it's nice and discrete and tidy and doesn't look to 'boyed up' and fixes the problem of what to put in that big hole!
I'm just debating if I should get it sprayed silvery grey to match the dash panel insert...
Here's the best top pod I found...
http://www.grahamgoode.com/subaru/pa...8&item=GGS1118
has a slot for the clock and I suppose you can soon drill out a hole for the alarm...
I'm going to have my guages fitted by the dealer - so there is no 'crapola' regarding warranty...

not yet - I'll let you know when it arrives..
I'm going for the stealth 2 guages as well...thought the surround would blend nicely against the cheap nasty silver grey panel insert - plus £30 per guage...that's the whole job
