scooby servicing in essex
posted for a friend, needs a good scooby servicer in essex.
he lives in dagenham, so a 20mile radius would be ideal.

Ive had mine serviced at Wilsons in Chadwell Heath since new and find their level of service very average. The work is done OK, but they do not go the extra mile, such as cleaning the car before returning. Pretty expensive too.

Last service that I had at Wilsons, car came out with a nice big dent in the bonnet!!!!!
Not saying that this is the norm, but it pi$$ed me off!!
I didnt see it till a few days later so too late.

read recently that one of the car cleaners at wilsons apparently used a brillo pad to clean a car when in for a service
the car needed a complete respray.
not the dealers fault but still.......

Wilsons are Ok, but they do love charging you for things they haven't done (Like filling the screen wash bottle when I did it the day before). They also send out a questionair asking how the service went and was the car cleaned before it was returned. They've never cleaned it! Now the warranties over, I wouldn't bother with them.
