No, number plates must meet the British Standard requirements and we are not aware of any self-adhesive number plates that are able to meet these requirements.
Bit naughty & misleading of them
Ive seen a couple of GTiR's with number plates on the dash/parcel shelf, trader stylee ...i wonder why they do that?

My front numberplate is in a plastic numberplate surround which holds it firmly. One of the plastic screws holding this into the bodywork sheared off the other day, which necessitated a quick stop in Halfrauds while out-and-about. The number plate surround is now "velcroed" in place with some amazingly tough velcro, which is the same stuff that holds down my subwoofer in the boot. If the plate EVER moves again I will be most surprised, although I will probs get some more screws from the Scooby garage when I next drive past.
