Default wrx sti spoiler

can any one tell me the differance in handling with a std spoiler and sti one i do like the sti and how much many thanks

A few people have driven their STi's without spoilers for one reason or another. Some say they noticed no difference, others said they found the rear a little floaty above 80mph. It's effect is negligable as it is mainly a styling statement anyway. STi replica's can be had from £300 upwards, with the genuine Subaru supplied items coming in at £900+. Do a search for "Brian Wilson" whom has supplied a few very happy punters on here I believe.

I don't think they make any real difference to stability unless you are going to get up to around 200mph! Mind you, the bigger spoilers will actually reduce your top speed slightly and people seem to take the top part off sti spoilers when attempting high speed runs.
