Does anyone know if they are open on Saturdays??

I've been trying to call them to no avail

 

I'm sure they should be there til 12.30 ish

 

I got through to them eventually

 

Just for the record we are open 08.30 to 17.30 weekdays and from 08.00 till 12.15 ish try 12.20 and we'll be gone !!! on a Saturday.

I am the only one to answer the phone on a Saturday as we only have skeletons in [ and at overtime rates ] We are open for the collection of finished work and we book in simple jobs, once all is done we're out the door.

If l am dealing with a customer or on the phone already I am afraid it will go unanswered. Callers will know that most of my day every day is on the phone. Ordinarily, l'll get to you as best I can if you manage to get through and leave a call back number. On Saturdays it's more of a lottery.

API rocks! Keep ringing mate, it will be worth in the end. I was there this morning having a service, and the phone was ringing but David was already on a call. You might have better luck ringing during the week. I usually get through easily on a week day.

 

And from 10:00 for bacon sarny's hey David !!

Sorry guys, Saturdays are difficult for me. Yesterday the phone hardly rang all morning until about 11.50 about 20 minutes before we go, then all 3 lines lit up together. With the usual complement of ears I find it hard to deal with more than one at a time.
