Heated rear window & hazrd switch ??

Hi

Can any1 tell me weather the heated rear window & hazard light switch in my my99 Impreza should light up with all the other dash lights ?

the heated rear screen should... never looked at the hazards one though!

in that case suppose i gotta get new ones cuz i bet u can't replace the bulbs lol
