Dyslexia doesn't exist, so what's your excuse for reading that as anything other than "Scogbys"? In fact, it doesn't work in any way, shape or form.

1. Without an apostrophe - even if you *were* to suspend your disbelief for a bit - it would read "Scoobys". The plural of scooby is scoobies, so that doesn't work.

2. With an apostrophe (which you could put in with a judiciously placed numberplate screw, which is outside the express letter of the law on this subject, as it happens) you would have to be called scooby or scogby, and be asserting your ownership of the vehicle.

In numberplate code, "9" is lower case g, and "6" is upper case g.

Who is "SGOOBY"? Talk about "in the eye of the beholder"! LOL, I reckon people can imagine anything if they're trying hard enough.

I'm merely pointing out that numberplates that don't say what they are supposed to say are a complete waste of money. As are ALL personalised numberplates. As it happens.

Yeh tend to agree with you i think they are a waste of money, most of them only do it to disguise the age of the car (why).

Hey no probs if i was going to put a private plate on my car (and i will not) would it not make sense to personalise it to your own name, that way you can put it on every car you own in the future.

Christ, just as my underpants have dried from the last example of fools and money being parted, someone comes along with an even better diuretic. I await with bated breath the post from the proud owner of S666OB.
