Default ESVA tests

i will have to get my STI an ESVA test to make it uk road legal, but i was wanting to change the inlet pipe before i got the test done. would changing this one pipe to an aftermarket samco style pipe make a differnce to an sva test ???

Yes it would, the car will fail the test simple as. i had a samco dumpvalve pipe on and the car failed.
