Default wiper blade conundrum

Just bought some bosch replacement wiper blades from Halfords. When it came to fitting them i've realised the old drivers side blade has a spolier on it and i've bought a replacement that hasn't. Sort of helping you in the 'tight and twistys' and giving you an extra 10 bhp do they actually do anything as i can't be arsed going back to change it!????

The "spoiler" on my wipers is on the arm, not the blade anyway.

Personally, I'd change it. It's a long blade, and anything that prevents it lifting at speed has to be a good idea.

I'd make sure I it was on, it stops the blade lifting at high speed.

On the subject of wipers, I lifted mine to clean the rubber blades today and then opened the bonnet to put in some more screenwash while the blades were still 'up'.

Chipped the paint on the top edge of my bonnet.

BOLLOX!!! Feckin ****!!!!

I know. I was beginning to wonder if it was possible to chip the paint on the Scoob bonnet, I must've gone a least an hour without getting any new stonechips on it!!!

beat this though, bird (flying sort) ****s on the car, now it's berry season so it's got a bit of blackberry in it. clean off said pooh so it doesn't stain and the bloody berry seed has chipped the paint

FFS subaru, i've heard of weight saving but having paint that barely covers primer is taking the ****!
