I think it was 99p/ltr, I will check again and post if it was different.

So whats the verdict guys, is 99 RON worth it for a UK car?

One of the members on here wrote a letter to Tesco regarding this
and they confirmed that none of their garages are selling 99RON fuel.

They are selling 97RON.

Are they mis selling there product then? The quote 99ron on the pumps.If its not there must be some trade description issues that need sorting.

Far more likely to be an error made by the person who wrote the letter isnt it? Especially when you consider that the 99RON fuel is being trialled in a small (although growing) area in the South East. Think about it; Id be more surprised if theyd received a knowledgable reply.....

Iv'e not looked at any other threads on the 99 RON fuel for a while.

Filled up at Thurrock and Tesco were selling 99 RON. few days later filled up at Bangor Tesco and the best they had was 97 RON. That would suggest they sell both.....Oh and the car ran great on it 20 miles more per tank than 97 RON
