This may seem a little late to ask but since I purchased my sti 2 years ago, the grille had a small badge labelled RFRB to the right of the centre badge. Ever since the day I purchased the car it has plagued me....so hopefully... perhaps you can tell what its there for.

Can't tell you what it literally means, but it has been used on some of Subaru's show cars ie: the Legacy Touring Wagon Super RFRB II (great name
). It appears to refer to their 'new concept parts brand' - in other words extra bits of body kit.
