Rough Cars !!

Is it me, or are there more rough second hand Impreza’s for sale at dealers at the moment.
Popped in for a nose at a some in a garage who have only just opened, x2 93/94 WRX RA’s, x2 93/94 WRX’s and 1 99 Sti. Three had had paint work (very bad), one had some amazing rewires under the bonnet (can’t believe it has not caught fire…or has it?) and one still had the chunks cut out of the carpet where a cage was fitted.
All I can say is I hope no one actually buys one (If you survived the test drive).
Is this the case everywhere? When I bought mine I looked at loads but never saw any this bad.
Hope the salesman is not on commission!!
