Question Mud Flaps for 2004 STi

Hi,
I searched for mud flaps on the forums and couldn't find the info I wanted. I want to buy some blue rally STi mud flaps but am not prepared to fork out £150 a pair from subaru. Does anyone know of cheaper alternatives but still good quality. It doesn't matter if there's no logo as I can get graphics later.
Cheers, Toby

try e-bay m8, £47 delivered. bit wider than others but good fit, i like 'em and like yourself wasn't paying £150.

Is that per pair or for all 4? Does that price include brackets?

Hi Lee,
Saw these myself but thought they were a bit wide for me. The guy selling these says he's selling some smaller ones soon though. I think he charges and extra £25 for brackets though. Do you reckon the quality of them is good then?

Toby, to be honest the mudflaps serve the purpose. i like the look, well made, nice and shiny and they stop crap going up the car. think they flap abit when driving but i can't see them. so in all i am very happy with them, might order the brackets for them though.

cheers

Hi, Anyone any opinion on which are the better between the ones on scottlowe.co.uk and scoobyworld.co.uk? Not much in price difference. Scott Lowe got back to me and said theirs are made of the best material and are the best fir etc but then of course they would say that

Here's a couple of pics of my 04 WR Blue STi with blue Scott Lowe mudflaps with pink STi graphics. I paid £153 for them which is expensive but I knew I wanted them. Good quality flaps!!!

I'll second that, scott lowe mudflaps are superb quality and easy enough to fit. More than happy with them, Would post pics, but pretty much identical to the ones above.

Kit includes:
All four mudflaps
four laser cut brackets
all nuts bolts required
fitting instructions
tube of waxoyl

Allow about 2 hours to fit them.

Not sure about other manufacturers of these but i read on here that the new scott lowe ones are more resistant to colour fading over time due to revised manufacturing process.

Had them on about a month now, and already had some local subaru owners asking where i got them from.

I asked my dealer to fit them when the car was in for a service and they commented that they were a better fit and better quality than the official ones. Front ones are on the lower setting at the moment and drag on speed humps but they've been on for best part of 2 months now and when cleaning the car last weekend they still look like new. They are good quality
