SIAL - Scooby In A Lake - Refers to posts that have been seen many times before (like the SIAL photo)

BTTT - Back To The Top - a way of bumping a post to the top of the pile without putting anything relevant.

I like 'em. No managers pestering you, so you can get on with the work at your own pace, and when it's done there's nobody moaning about you sat with your feet up watching a DVD Then the drive home (especially sunday morning at 155mph ) is ace (not so good monday with all the sleeping half drunks begrudgingly stumbling there way to work). 3 nights a week for me, all done this morning 'til friday

No such luck with the management here. Never known such a bunch of anally retentive pr!cks in my life We only see them briefly when we arrive on a friday, but they hang around near the canteen 'til 1 minute to 6 and then pounce to get you started on something straight away. One of them whom came in early one saturday found me more to do 3 minutes from the end of my shift Obviously they have little understanding of how people work, and their attitude only serves to demotivate you. If I had to work with them all week like many of my colleagues I'd quit ! But whilst that isn't the case, they do pay quite well
