Default How Long Have You Owned ONE Subaru For?

In 2 weeks time I will have owned my UK Impreza Turbo Wagon for 5 years and have driven 57,600miles.

Everything is as I drove her away from the Dealers in May 2000, Service stuff excepted.

STi V3 wagon, 6 years in August. 10k miles when purchased, 45k miles now. Only failure outside consumables was the battery. Serviced myself cause I want to make sure it's done right

Simon ...... didn't it have colour-coded handles or is that a tasteful mod?

I note the masculine use of NON - GOLD

Pete, Gold wheels on both my Scoobs - and I've no problem with my masculinity

18" on the Impreza, size does matter

Cool

Had my MY93 WRX since personally importing it in Jan 2000.

Done 90,000 miles in it, and it's still going strong at 130,000-ish . I've put some nice gold wheels on it too

MY03 WRX PPP. Owned since Jan 04, 20k when I got her and on 35k now. Slight mods to suspension (more planned ) and brakes, tastefully detango'd and debadged. Had a bit of bother with the Prodrive I/C pipe coming loose, the infamous 03 dead battery and an O2 sensor. Off in today for new discs on warranty

Love it to bits but the only regret is not getting an STi

I bought my WRX MY96 in Sept 1998 with 20k miles on the clock. It is now coming up to 127k miles without any problems. It still goes like sh*t off a shovel.

A lot of cars owned for many years each ..... anyone feel the need to renew the MAF Sensor? Trying to gauge whether these long lived Scoobies have ever blown their engines or needed new MAF Sensors?

MY00 had it from 5 miles on the clock, original MAF, 12,000 miles and 320+bhp.

Yes its not standard, yes it has gold wheels, and yes its nippy .
