Question Scoobynet on mobile phone?

Is there a verson of scoobynet that works well on mobile phones?
I have a P900 - I can get www.scoobynet.co.uk - but front page graphic is a 'little large'
But I cannot even get onto bbs.scoobynet.co.uk

The bbc have a really good mobile site www.bbc.co.uk/mobile and even www.swrt.com works

Any other recommendations?

Cheers

Not what you want to hear, but here goes anyway...

Get an O2 XDA-II - bigger screen and you use Pocket IE

I used to have the P800 - good phone, but wasn't much use for browsing - that's what made me decide on the XDA instead of the 900 when my old contract was up.

Question

firebird - I like the look of those but they are just a tad too big to chuck in your pocket all day like a normal phone - the P900 is still quite comfortable to carry.

There are 3rd party browsers I believe - have you tried any of those on the SE?

I tried Opera on the 800 - worked better than the standard browser, but still wasn't perfect... (To be fair to Opera, I think it was a fairly early version for the phone)

Was fun though - I put in the cradle once and did some browsing with my ADSL connection Pity the normal data connections on them arn't as fast

You need the phone to be in the cradle and attached to your PC (assuming that your PC is connected to the net already). Opera takes into account that it has found a net connection on your PC and uses that as a gateway (rather than wanting to make a dial up connection to the net). The default browser wouldn't let you use the ADSL connection - which is what lead me to Opera.

I don't think I had to change any settings on the PC end to get it working (other than loading the standard software that came with the device).
