What the hell !!! 98 RON fuel
Just paid 105.8 for Q8 ron 98 !!!!!!!!!!!!! and normal unleaded is 80
shell opti my way is 84 which is also 98 ron
why the hell is Q8 trying to do themselves out of buisness ?
any thoughts ?

At that price, I wonder how long it's been sitting in their tank for.
We liberated Q8 from Iraq, and they stiff us on their fuel (I'll get my coat).

Q8 offer fuel tokens in the local press which can be redeemed against the price at the pump. At least they do in Cambridgeshire , where we have loads of Q8 stations. This brings the price right down.

There's a Q8 I pass by on the way to work. Has a Spar attached to it. There is literally a Shell station across the street from it, yet it charges a fair bit more per litre for just about everything.

Q8 petroleum Uk ltd was bought about 3 months ago, all the garages will be changing over to comm op and they will charge what they want for fuel. The company that bought q8 is a specilist company heavily involved with imoprting people from sri lanka pakistan ect and moving their families into the garages to work. as they have done with a number of independent garages.
vote with your feet dont use them.

why didn't you just stiff a 5's worth of 95UL and take it easy...
I've neve seen petrol at that price anywhere... ever...
I use Optimax @ 84.9 or Sainburies SUL @ 82.9 :-) and it pulls like mad on Sainsbug SUL... well happy with it...

Also, I never use Q8 beacuse they are ALWAYS more expensive than everywhere else anyway.
