Unhappy

It's now 1 week tomorrow since I went to see (and buy) my WRX, it's now sitting in the showroom, new wheels fitted, alarm fitted etc. and the DVLA are dragging their feet in registering it.

As if to rub my nose in it, I had to follow a P1 all the way home from work in my dad's honda civic. I was shouting out of the window "I have got an impreza you know..."

Waiting..............

You lot must the grumpy ones on the board everyone else has been so nice to me welcoming me to the fold

LOL

I shall be trying to get waves out of the few scoobs that I see down here-the P1 I mentioned earlier, a silver uk spec MY00, and and RB5. We'll see who waves back.

Latest update......just spoken to Charlesworths who reckon that by the time the DVLA send all the documents back etc. it will probably be the end of next week that I can have the car.

Still, gives me time to think about the mods I'm going to make when my pay goes in at the end of this month!!!!

The weeks just pass sooooo slowly.

Rich.
I saw yours today! Lovely.
Drove like a dog though, that's what rev-limiter launches at Silverstone do to your clutch!!!

Thumbs up

hey rich,

I had the pleasure of driving the 22B to Santa Pod yesterday, still the dogs danglies mate!!!

Harj, pat, johnk and myself cruised into the display stand area next to the track, without doubt the most response from all the petrol heads at the bigest meet at the pod of the year.

Had a great mini convoy out of the Pod, Simon De Banke in the typeR, shaune in his immaculate escort cossie and me bringing up the rear in the 22B, lots of jaw dropped looks.

So don't worry about your baby, it's been in safe hands and going as strong as ever, new clutch will make it 100%, best 22B on the roads!!

Dave,

I've think I've mentioned this before elsewhere, but I've been waiting over 5 weeks for my Scoob to be ready. Reckon I'll have waited 6 weeks at least by the time I get it.

I just hope the wait is gonna be worth it. My old Cavalier seems to have found a new lease of life - maybe it knows what coming...

Jerome.
