I have been using Marks Zymol wax since I took delivery of my car 3 mths ago and all I can say is what a product, its superb. However the other day I stupidly wiped off a bird poop with a piece of kitchen towel and it left and area of 2 inches squared quite scratched, needless to say I wanted to shoot that bird ! I sent an email to Mark ( aka Wax Wizard) and the next day a bottle of Cleanse No 2 arrived as a sample ! it did the job removing the scratches, how I dont know but you cant see them now. I was so impressed. I know there has been alot of excellent posts for Mark and his products but when someone delivers customer service like Mark and supplies such excellent products he deserves the praise.
If you havent used any of Marks waxes yet just try them, they blow Autoglym away IMHO.

I am just a happy customer, in no way connected to the Wizard....

WW is very, very good stuff. Can't agree with your comments more.

BTW - did you happen to wave to a black WRX Wagon yesterday?? if so it was me? just wondering as it was near rusthall ans the car was a DBM with gold ST's on it. Might have been the other DBM that I've seen though.
