Steam Cleaning the Engine??
Its about time the engine on my '93 WRX had a Steam Clean, but im not sure as to what problems it may cause. Ive got a HKS Ind' kit which i know will need covering up but are there any other likely problems that it may cause.
Has anybody had any problems following an engine clean??

Yep it's fine. I've got the steam cleaner on it quite a few times, a good soak with some truck wash concentrate before getting the cleaner on works wonders
Plastic carrier bag and elastic band over the induction kit, do the same with the alarm siren.
Avoid direct close spray (within 2") of the coil pack, alternator internals, MAF, Intercooler (bends the fins) fusebox etc. And you won't have any problems
I'm sure somebody will tell you buy some stuff from Halfrauds in a minute
