Default Plugs for a MY98 turbo

This is my first scooby, a MY98 wagon, turbo (uk version), and its standard.

I want to change the plugs tonight and was wondering what type to fit. Is there a choice of different plugs? Or does everyone use pretty much the same types? If anyone has the code for NGK plugs etc, I'd be grateful

How much are you looking at for a decent set?

OK ive looked around and it seems the NGK's are what people use. But whats so good about the iridium plugs that make them more expensive?

The NGK PFR6B have a 30,000 mile service life.

Worth having, considering how difficult they are to get to.
