Its not much help but Id say it was a JDM STI. That isnt a VIN number its a chassis number; so it is likely to be a domestic market car; cant help you with the APN though.

its ment to be a type ra v7 or type ra spec c dam nightmare finding out

...and I think thats the AMN for the Spec C and the S202 but Im not absolutely certain.....
Edited to add: Now Im sure; it is the applied model number for a Spec C and an S202. Hope this helps.

just had a dam good look and iam 90% sure its a spec c the v7 had black mirrors didnt it?? if it did then the car in question is a spec c
