Whats a spec C like as an all round car?
Im considering a spec c, probably an 03 model in the next few months.I was just wondering what it would be like as an every day car and is it well set up for track use, does it have any reliability issues ect?
Im new to Subarus and to be honest and havent driven any of them.im basically looking for a pretty raw road racer that will be very acomplished round corners and on the straights.
I was debating weather the normal STi would be good enough though,Or is the spec C the one to have?
Any comments or advice much appreciated.

Spec C comes in two flavours - one with the 16" wheels which is stripped out and ready for track/rallying : no A/C, no stereo, no leccy windows etc. The Limited version comes with 17" wheels and has some of the creature comforts put back in, so if you're looking for a car you can use for both road and track, go for the Limited.

Yep... I knew it was just a matter of time when i handed the dough over for the V-Spec.
The only other option is to find a rich man ..and theres not many of them up north, Lol.
What you up to in the car market ?? Still got the TVR ?

had a drive of a spec c (2003 model) recently on greasy roads - found on full power it had a tendency to ****** to the right under full bore - but then again I was going bloody fast at the time! Apart from that it was mega!
