Several things, depending on what you want or what your taste is!!:
Performance:
Filter/Air inductor
Full exhaust system (including de-cat)
Equal length headers (might lose some of the burble, but gives better performance)
Nitrous oxide
Styling:
Turbo look - Bonnet, grille, front bumper, upper & lower rear spoilers
Quad lamps
Lexus or STI rear lights
Clear indicator lenses
Colour coding mirrors, skirts, etc.
Graphics
Interior:
Turbo interior (bucket type seats from a later wagon)
Aftermarket steering wheel/gear ****
Carbon/colour coded interior bits
Big stereo build in the boot
Handling:
16" (minimum) wheels with decent rubber (cheap standard turbo alloys)
Eibach lowering springs
Solid drop links
Uprated brake disks and pads (or even a 4-pot conversion using later turbo parts)

There are plently of people on here who don't drive a turbo'd Impreza!
There are several NA/Subaru, Legacy and Forester owners on this board.
Use the 'Advanced search' facility, there is plenty of information held on here!
Enjoy your car!
