Talking

Covered extensively on TV and in the papers over the weekend. Guess what - it's a scam.

Cheers

Tell him you'd rather die of scurvy

There's a good website for stinging these tosspots along and wasting as much of their time as possible, think it's 419eater.com or something like that.

Someone posted a brilliant link to a guy who used e-bay a lot and received tons of mail from scammers. He had a list of various dialogues where he'd strung them along and some of them were pure class. I'll have a search for the post

I advertised a supermoto race bike on a web site in the uk and got at least five emails from an ******* in south africa(or so he said) who was about to send round his courier to collect it, armed with a shiny new bank draft with my name on it, although he didn,t know my name.....funny that!!!!!!!!! I would only sell to a guy in person........ if he wanted the car, a flight to the uk from holland couldn,t be that expensive and personally i wouldn,t buy a car that i hadn,t seen.........
