05 STI PPP great but want more....
As above, come from EVO land and bought the 05 STI PPP Impreza as it's a daily driver and it handles better...
Is there anything I can do to get myself to WR1 power figures or above? Can I decat it? or will that ***** up the PPP?
Any other ideas greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

Speak to Bob Rawle, the mapping master. He can safely extract 350 bhp from the UK STI!

I stand corrected....
I always thought the standard UK spec turbo ran out of puff at 330-340....
Respect to Bob....
I'll have to get mine on the rollers and see what its pushing out...

George,
There has been a lot of conflicting information from dealers, as the 3 I have been speaking to all stated it wasn't available. On Friday one of the dealers contacted me to say it had just been released, which co-insided with statement from Mike Wood.
Apologies for the confusion.
Regards,
Shaun.

No worries at all Shaun, must admit did think it was a bit strange being told that I dont know what Ive bought...Im not that daft...
Aaron...understeer?? hahahahaha only kidding to be honest I probably would have bought a WR1 if there were any left her in N. Ireland but there aren't..
Getting my PFF7S tomorrow so at long last the gold wheels are off I really, really, really hate gold..
Also considering taking the rear wing off to go for the stealth look.

Well, for the true 'stealth' look it's time to ditch the scoop, fit a front-mount intercooler and a sport bonnet. A nice set of 185/14 steel rims and Halfords' wheeltrims would help with the look too. Then it's the exhaust, hmmmmm, perhaps some sort of 'fake' exhaust trim to make it look smaller than it actually is, wonder if Halfords do those?
Good luck with the project
