picked up my import sti3 97P plate last week ...loving it.....
can anyone tell me if the fuel tank is smaller that a uk turbo which we had previously....or is it just even thirstier than the old baby....
secondly the old rear tinted windows that come on most import vehicles. is it possible to remove this tint..is it in the glass or a film????
my two year old keeps saying.....daddy dark..daddy dark..poor baby thinks we only take her out at night...ha ha...
any takers????

The fuel tank is the same size as the UK turbo, ( 60 litres ). Also, im afraid the dark rear windows are there to stay. Could try getting hold of some uk items??

I think he was referring to the Insurance Poll survey currently running.

With regards the rear screen - there is a post about Rear Wiper Conversion and the chap talks about removing the film - do a search on the conversion.


Edited to say: I think some of the early cars only had 50 litre tanks, look up SIDC.co.uk for specifications
