What oil???
My scooby has just reached its 500 miles after an engine rebuild and is due an oil change. its currently running on Mineral Oil. I've been told it needs to be changed to valvealine or sylkaline (excuse the spelling!). However, i've also been told that Mobil 1 oil can be used.
Can anyone help???

Silkolene ProS 10W50 is a very good synthetic. You can get it from a guy on here called oilman for £27 a 5l bottle if you buy 4 at a time. Mobil 1 is also v.good, but the common viscocities available tend not to be good in Scoobs. Not sure about Valvolene, but I can also recommend Motul 300V.
