just a quick note about a dealer
Car had its first service yesterday at Milton Keynes Subaru at fenny.
First class service and even a car wash thrown in.
Nothing is too much trouble for Drew the Service Manager and his team.
A few others could learn from this.
Oh and £55 for a WR1 1000 miler not bad compared to an Evo
A pleasure from start to finish with this dealer very professional.
I dont normally bother with this sort of **** dont mind a bit of praise when its due

Could have saved myself the trip to crossroads then!
Could have popped past to abuse a fellow owner though, or was that you that completely ignored me near the A5 around 10.45?

Do they still take your car to Aylesbury branch for the work to be done? I heard they drove it as MK didn't do the work. Perhaps that was a thing of the past which put me off going there.

not part of the Adams group anymore, hence the better service . Andy, the service the cars there now & they are in the middle of sorting out MK premises for a service centre at the garage service bay is a little small.
Have done 2 services 4 me now & as arron says, Drew is excellent.

Excellent service, car washed etc is standard service at my local Subaru dealer in York.
Nothing is to much trouble for them, but I guess the level of service is entirely dependant on the competance of the Service Manager and his staff.
I've had many services over a 4 year period and never had 1 problem. It took them 3 sttempts to identify the fault casing the rear fogs to come on when starting the engine, but that's the only slight annoyance.
10/10 to Pulleyns, Nick and his team.
Even the sales team are really good, not pushy and honest. It can be a struggle for them to agree that you need extra's such as PPP!!! "Surely the standard car is good enough sir" errr "no I need more power", "well why not think about it and have it fitted at 1K". I called the service manager next day and ordered it, the best £1600 I've spent.
