You'll need a 10mm socket, screwdriver, an oven and a big pair of *****
Remove headlight; 3x 10mm nuts, one hidden behind grille, disconnect electrical connections. Remove all wiring and bulbs, then remove 10-12 small screws (1 hidden behind white nylon bracket, another behind a piece of felt). Cover tilt motor with tin foil and place in oven (gas 2) for 10-15 mins. When sufficeintly hot (be careful) you should be able to prize the two halves open, taking care not to let the caulk (mastic) get on the reflector and ensuring as much as possible is retained where it should be. Remove 1 small screw to pop out the reflector (try not to get fingerprints on it) and there lies the orange wedge. Clip it out and replace the reflector. Push it back together and pop back in the oven for 5-10 mins to resoften the caulk, then press together firmly and pop the screws back in. Refit the bulbs and wiring, replacing the clear indicator with either an orange bulb, or a silver coated orange bulb (now hard to get as www.silverfusion.com has gone) and refit into car.
It should look like this....
If you **** it up, or you get condensation in it after, it ain't my fault
