WR1 report
Well having covered 400 ish miles in my car I have to say that the Stig must be a complete muppet!!!!
I just held a near full lock slide around Spittals roundabout from a no power on to power on balance type arrangement with no understeer at all.
That was in full rear mode as it was the first time I have used the diff properl.
Done various other roundabouts in AUTO and it isnt as leery on the oversteer but still more over than under.
I know I`m a big headded tosser but it was a proper drift and must have looked quite impressive for the traffic that I was approaching on lock!!!
Very easy car to balance if you have a bit of savvy.
Sorry Gangsta you really are a muppet to crash one
Come out with me and I`ll show you how to do it.
PS in Auto mode best to get into the corner and bury the throttle.
I have to say I am very happy and thats two Subaru`s in a row that I have been happy with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was my turned up collar on my burberry polo shirt that caused my spin mate ... chaffing against my ear which caused me to lose my Petter Solberg-esk driving skills.
Seriously though I would like to come out in the WR1 with ya ... O'hasbeen can talk the talk but when he walks it tends to be towards the local kfc. Be good to see how you throw it about.

I'm sure the car closest to you was not at all impressed as you "drifted" toward them....i don't care how much skill it takes, it's only clever on a track, not on the road

Had a much bigger one coming off the A14 joining the A1 South on that Lhander.
Full boar 2nd gear diff to max back and I was looking at the van that was on the left of me one second out of the FRONT window.
Caught it withou too much drama with no slap back the other way which surprised me a little.
I would advise WR owners to use full rear mode with a little caution!!!!!
It snapped out just like my old M3!!!!
Proper fun......just dont lift off full boar!!!!!!!
And yes it is a little dangerous on the roads I agree.
Cant say I condone this sort of behaviour.
I just love having that rear wheel drive feeling from a subaru.....feckin great and I should have done it far far far sooner!!!

This sort of behaviour is a little dangerous yes and should really be saved for the track but I have only just bought the car and am like a dog with two.

I might just hire one when the snow comes because it was such a laugh, ready for grafham water special stage 1
